“Planet Ocean” is an international documentary directed by Yann Arthus-Bertrand and Michael Pitiot. It has won several prizes like “Best Cinematography Award” at the Blue Ocean Festival or “Audience Award” at the UK Green Film Festival. It is an immense and incredible project they have undertaken and the outcome is breathtaking – extraordinary images and beautifully narrated. The cinematography in this film is incredible! And Yann Arthus-Bertrand even makes this film available for all to raise the awareness on our oceans and the protection they need!
I highly recommend to sit back with a few friends or alone and look at this 90 minute movie!

“It is a curious situation that the sea, from which life first arose, should now be threatened by the activities of one form of that life. But the sea, though changed in a sinister way, will continue to exist: the threat is rather to life itself.”
