Our oceans are facing threats from many sides. Pollution, overfishing and the acidiation of the water are among the most serious ones. During my six months in Dahab, I was able to dive a lot and to admire the beauty and majesty of the world underwater and wanted to make a little movie of some scenes stressing the fact that our oceans need protection – by each one of us. Once you sink beneath the surface you enter a complete different world full of color, life and biodiversity. Without us, the oceans would be doing fine, but our behavior is pushing the existence of many species to the edge of extinction. Our oceans need our help. Let’s all start with ourselves and change what we can (not buying fish, not using plastic products where possible, not littering in the environment etc..).
